Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Pujariji, we understand that plans can change. Please read our cancellation and refund policy below.

Cancellation

You may cancel your puja booking subject to the following conditions. Cancellation requests must be sent to us via email or phone at least 48 hours before the scheduled puja date for a refund consideration.

Refunds

If you cancel within the allowed period, we will process the refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. A partial deduction may apply to cover processing and preparation costs. Refunds for cancellations made less than 48 hours before the puja may not be eligible.

Rescheduling

In many cases we can reschedule your puja to a later date at no extra charge. Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change the date.
